1. About CreatorsProfiles
CreatorsProfiles is an independent creator identity and discovery platform. It is designed to help people understand who a creator is, what they create, where to find their official online presence, and how they may be relevant to a particular topic, audience, location or purpose.
CreatorsProfiles is not a social network and is not intended to replace social media platforms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CreatorsProfiles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X, or any other third-party platform referenced on the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms in your jurisdiction to create or manage an account. If you use the Service on behalf of a creator, company, agency or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to act for that person or organisation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or falsely claim authority to manage a creator profile.
3. Creator profiles and public information
Creator profiles may be created by CreatorsProfiles, by creators, by authorised representatives, or from information that is publicly available from legitimate sources.
An unclaimed profile does not mean that the creator has created, approved, verified or endorsed that profile. CreatorsProfiles may present publicly available biographical, professional, social-account, location, content and other creator-related information where we consider it appropriate and relevant.
We may organise or summarise information to make a profile easier to understand, but we do not guarantee that every profile is complete, current or error-free.
4. Profile claims and verification
Eligible creators or authorised representatives may request to claim a creator profile. CreatorsProfiles may require evidence reasonably necessary to establish control of an official account, email address, website or other identity signal.
Verification levels may include statuses such as Claimed, Email Verified, Social Verified or Identity Verified. These statuses indicate that a particular verification step has been completed; they are not endorsements of a creator’s opinions, conduct, products, services or content.
Editorial approval of a profile is separate from identity verification. CreatorsProfiles may reject, delay, reverse or request additional evidence for a claim or verification request where ownership, authority, authenticity or safety is uncertain.
5. User submissions and licence
You may be able to submit biography text, profile details, links, images, featured content, products, FAQs, collaboration information and other material (“Submitted Content”).
You retain ownership of Submitted Content that you own. By submitting it to CreatorsProfiles, you grant CreatorsProfiles a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the Service and the relevant creator profile.
You must have the rights or permissions necessary to submit the material. You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
Creator-submitted changes may be held for moderation before publication.
6. Profile accuracy, corrections and removals
CreatorsProfiles aims to maintain useful and responsible creator information. If information is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or inappropriate, a creator or other affected person may request a correction or review.
We may ask for supporting information before making significant changes, especially where there is an ownership dispute, identity issue or conflict between sources.
A request to remove information or a profile will be considered in light of the nature of the information, applicable rights, legitimate public-interest considerations, our editorial policies and applicable law. Not every request will necessarily result in complete removal.
7. Moderation and platform integrity
CreatorsProfiles may review, approve, reject, edit, limit visibility of, suspend or remove profile content where reasonably necessary to protect the accuracy, safety, integrity or lawful operation of the Service.
We may flag suspicious accounts, claims, URLs, affiliate links or profile changes for additional review. Verified status does not exempt a creator or account from moderation.
We may maintain internal audit information relating to claims, verification, moderation, consent and profile changes where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling and platform integrity.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use CreatorsProfiles to:
- impersonate another person or falsely claim ownership of a creator profile;
- submit knowingly false, deceptive or misleading identity information;
- harass, threaten, defame or unlawfully expose private information about another person;
- upload malware, malicious code or content intended to disrupt the Service;
- spam, scrape, harvest or automate access in a manner that places unreasonable load on the Service or violates applicable law;
- circumvent security, moderation, rate limits or verification controls;
- submit infringing, illegal or unauthorised content;
- use the Service to create misleading endorsements or falsely imply affiliation with a brand, platform or person.
9. Third-party platforms and links
Creator profiles may contain links to third-party websites, social platforms, products, videos or other external services. Those services are controlled by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
CreatorsProfiles is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content or practices of third-party services. A link does not necessarily mean that CreatorsProfiles endorses the third party or the linked content.
10. Intellectual property
The CreatorsProfiles name, website design, software, platform features, databases, original text, branding and other materials created by CreatorsProfiles are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Creator names, photographs, trademarks, logos, videos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on a profile does not transfer ownership to CreatorsProfiles.
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, please use our Contact page or applicable copyright-reporting process and provide enough information for us to review the claim.
11. Products, affiliate and commercial links
Creator profiles may include products, gear, recommendations, collaboration information or external links. Some links may be affiliate or commercial links and may generate a commission for the creator, CreatorsProfiles, or another party where clearly disclosed.
Unless expressly stated, inclusion of a product, link or commercial reference does not mean that CreatorsProfiles independently tested, guarantees or endorses that product or service.
12. Privacy and cookies
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy.
CreatorsProfiles may use first-party cookies or similar technologies for functions such as login sessions, security and saved discovery preferences including topic, content function, content format, country, region, city or language.
Additional analytics, advertising or third-party technologies, if introduced, will be described in the applicable privacy or cookie disclosures.
13. Suspension and termination
CreatorsProfiles may suspend or restrict account access, profile-editing privileges, claims, verification status or other features where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, impersonation, fraud, security risk, repeated policy violation or other conduct that threatens the Service or its users.
Where appropriate, we may allow an opportunity to clarify or appeal a decision. We may also preserve records where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or dispute resolution.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim to provide accurate and useful creator information, CreatorsProfiles does not guarantee that all profile information, follower counts, social links, discovery results, verification signals or third-party information will always be complete, current or error-free.
Discovery rankings are designed to estimate relevance using signals such as topic, content function, format, location, profile strength, verification and freshness. A higher ranking does not mean that CreatorsProfiles considers one creator objectively better than another.
CreatorsProfiles does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical or professional advice through creator profiles or discovery results.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorsProfiles and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from use of, inability to use, reliance on, or third-party activity connected with the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to the Service and Terms
CreatorsProfiles may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security practices or business operations.
When we make material changes, we may update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing terms and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of CreatorsProfiles, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under local law.
Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve concerns relating to profiles, claims, verification, account access or use of the Service.
If CreatorsProfiles later identifies a specific operating legal entity or jurisdiction for the Service, this section should be updated accordingly.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms, account access, creator claims, corrections, copyright concerns or other legal matters can be submitted through the Contact Us page.
For profile-specific correction or removal requests, please use the relevant correction/removal process once available.
Important legal note
This page is written to reflect how CreatorsProfiles is currently designed to operate. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. Before a broad commercial launch, the final Terms should be reviewed against your operating entity, jurisdiction, payment model, data practices and any laws that apply to your users.
